Why do I need my own site if Airbnb sends me guests?
Keep Airbnb. It finds you new guests. But guests who come back, their friends, and people who find you on Google don't need Airbnb to book you, and Airbnb still keeps 15.5% of those bookings. Your own site gives them a way to book you directly.

Do I have to change anything in my booking system?
No. You give us an access key from your booking system, and we walk you through it. You keep managing homes, prices, messages and payouts there, exactly as now.
Who takes the payment?
You do, through the payment account you already use with your booking system. Guests pay you, not us, and we never touch the money.
How will I know the site is working?
Your Results dashboard shows every visit and booking: where guests came from, how far they got, what they booked, and the fees you didn’t pay Airbnb. It counts without cookies and stores nothing that identifies a guest.
Can ChatGPT and other AI assistants find my homes?
They can read them. Every home has its facts in plain words and in data search engines understand, and your site has a guide written for AI. No one can promise an assistant will recommend you, but when one sends you a guest, your Results show it.
Can a home get booked twice?
Every booking goes through your booking system before it's confirmed, so dates taken on Airbnb or Vrbo can't be booked on your site.
Do my guests pay a fee?
No. Guests pay your price, with no service fee from us. You pay one flat monthly price and nothing per booking.
Where do you work?
In the US, the UK and Europe. Your site shows prices in your homes' own currency.
What if I want to leave?
Stop any month. Your site runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Your web address stays in your name, and your guests and bookings stay in your own booking system and payment account.
