Torna builds and runs booking websites for short-term rental hosts and property managers. Your homes, photos, prices and calendar come straight from your booking system, and guests book and pay you directly, with no booking fees.
What we do
Airbnb and Vrbo find you guests, and keep a share of every booking: 15.5% on Airbnb for hosts who use software like Guesty, and a flat 12% on Vrbo from 29 October 2026. Guests who come back, their friends and people who find you on Google don’t need a marketplace to book you. Torna gives them your own site to book on.
- Built from your booking system. Photos, descriptions, rooms and beds, amenities and reviews come in from it and stay up to date. Change something there and your site follows.
- Live prices, no double bookings. Guests see your real prices and open dates, and every booking is checked with your booking system before it’s confirmed.
- Paid to you. Guests pay into the payment account you already use with your booking system. The money never passes through us.
- Results you can see. Your dashboard shows every visit, where it came from, how far guests got, what they booked and the fees you didn’t pay, counted without cookies.
- Ready for search and AI assistants. Every home is written up so Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini can read it, quote it and link to you.
Who it’s for
Hosts and property managers in the US, the UK and Europe, with a few homes or many, who use Guesty, Hostfully, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Lodgify, Hostaway or Smoobu. Beds24, Uplisting and Avantio are next. You keep managing homes, prices, messages and payouts in your booking system, exactly as now.
Who we are
Torna is two people: an engineer who builds and runs every site, and the owner of PriceAdvize, a pricing service for short-term rentals. We’re new. You talk to us directly, from the first call to the day you go live and after, and our first 10 hosts get founding pricing and a direct line to both of us.
How we charge
One flat monthly price that depends only on how many homes you have: $99 for up to 5, $199 for 6 to 20, $399 for 21 to 50, and $399 plus $8 for each home after 50. Setup is $990 once, and $0 for our first 10 founding hosts. We never take a share of your bookings and never add a fee for your guests. Pay monthly and leave any month you like.
How it starts
A 30-minute call about your homes and your guests. We build your site from your booking system, you check every page and make a test booking, and it goes live in about two weeks.
